1. Overview
This site is designed to work without advertising cookies or built-in analytics cookies. It uses a small amount of necessary browser storage to remember your privacy choice. The registered-office map is treated as optional external content.
2. Necessary browser storage
The site stores a privacy preference under the key tbr_privacy_v1 in local storage. This records whether external map content is allowed and when the preference was updated.
Local storage is similar to a cookie but is stored through the browser's web-storage feature. It does not automatically travel with every page request.
3. Google Maps
The Google Maps frame is not created until you allow external content or actively press the map-load button. When loaded, Google may receive technical information such as the IP address, browser details and interaction data, and may store or access information on the device under its own policies.
The website does not control Google's independent processing. You can use the site and submit a transport enquiry without loading the map.
4. Change your choice
Use the “Cookie settings” link in the footer at any time. Choosing necessary storage only prevents the optional map from loading. You may also clear local storage through browser settings.
Blocking all browser storage may cause the privacy banner to reappear because the site cannot remember the choice.
5. Updates
If analytics, advertising or additional embedded services are introduced, this policy and the consent controls should be updated before those technologies are enabled.
